Briefing of City: District Surveyors at The City Centre, London

It was great to meet and greet Gwyn Richards Assistant Director, Development Design , City of London Corporation who is heading the design of city of London.

Also joined, Mark Pundsack Assistant District Surveyor from City of London corporation who have about 20 years of building experience in surveyors subject.

It was a 20 minute talks around the City of London's official architectural model of the square mile.

One of the knowledgeable team introduced the 1:500 scale interactive model, revealing what it teaches about the history, present and future of the City of London.

Detailing every existing building and planned new development in the City the model is a fascinating record of its built environment, allowing a panoramic birds eye view of the area.

Had a wonderful experience attending this talk which also shared the experience of tall buildings in the development schemes in the city as well as the strategic 3D modelling project currently underway in the city of London to scope future and growth opportunities in the eastern cluster of London. ↑

Also shared the project work of city of Westminster council and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea which was fascinating and really committed!!
