Land Value Capture at The Attlee Suite, Portcullis House

AAPG -  a short address from the Chair, Vice-Chairs and Parliamentary members of UK

Speaker One : Chair:The Right Honourable Sir Vince Cable MP;
Interested in the question of land value to check the think tank - a major project a reform on development , his views were to find the solution of the land p

rice partially in England and other part of UK. There was complexity, delay and lack of planning in the land value. It was welcomed and insufficient to see the big picture in Germany to learn of development of cities. Particularly in regions where the sewage plant was seen and related to league Journels to see the multiple land price ignorer to find the infrastructure. There was a church, fully grown tress to achieve it in Milton Keynes to check the land values. It is return on that subject to see the planning and gave the developers the prospects of the land and one that we must produce. The best solution to meant the land price act in local authority to acquire land to get the current use value rather than the health value. When the Brexit is over the land value reform will be framed.
Speaker two: Kevin Hollinrake MP,
Essentially there are two ways in the subject- the economy and the taxation in the reform, there is a enormous pressure on the housing sector only next reform. There is a business rate system to the taxation in the government that every year is seen in the improvement to check site value multiplied in all type of ways.
Speaker three: David Drew MP and Lord Richard Stuart Best
The labour count downing in the telephone , we need to c change the system which is not working in the government. Local matters as it make it function in the society of the government.

Speaker four : Ruth Cadbury MP
There is an enormous silver format to agreed on the big thing to check on the big access for quality, quantity and various structure. It is property making in the sustainable housing to provide homes for 150 pounds to make it simply and create a communities to make it cheaper for each houses. It have potential opportunity to make it very useful and capturing the value of land.
Using most of things could be used and moment has come to see the conservative politician to see the legislation to see new things as published in the report. The local authorities are the demography of the new enterprise to see the check and development which is different from the asset of the local communities which is attractive once again to take a interest and seeing the garden village as per the master plan are existing use of agricultural values which could be given 80 thousand of acres which is better and revived to see the translation to see the Brexit view on the parliament which needs to be waited and watched.

Speaker five:  green parties Caroline Lucas MP;
The idea of more about attraction is been successful which is added to make common advise which is nearly powerful enough and bearing enough to see the potential of the idea. The big suggestion is to find the idea to change the list of the idea. The in-justise on the ideas of the houses which is the owner of the new houses as compared to earlier it speaks the injustice on so much way which is not the right way.

Understanding Airbnb data for Machine learning and Data science skills

data for Machine learning and Data science skills

Mark Needham - Neo4j provided a start with introduction the data science and Machine learning concepts..

He embrace graph data and algorithmn and Neo4j building solutions to challenging data problems

In this session, we'll look at how to combine Neo4j and the Cypher query language with the Python data science stack including libraries such as Pandas and matplotlib.

We'll look at how to do exploratory data analysis as well as find insights into networked datasets using the newly released graph algorithms package through the use of hands-on tutorials.

This is the snippet of the graph visualisation

Mark also walkthrough the code of the graph algorithm from the array to list of the attributes. he also explained about the word 2 vet where in the data is converted to word in sequential format.

Summarising the training on the model, the basic linear regression was generated with its predictions of the accuracy of the model. It is also shared about the packages used for importing the models and finally different packages used for modelling.

Has Agent-Based Modelling Already Solved The “Problem of Complexity"?

The CASA seminar of the autumn term last one in 2018, was on 12th December at 5 pm.
In this seminar Dr Edmund Chattoe-Brown of the University of Leicester spoke on Agent based modelling

Field of complexity  or the structure discussion and the subject matter if the challenge of the data. It is useful to discuss and look away from science to check the ideas of the future. The scientific damsons is important for the methods and design for the exiting complexity with their strength and weakness with their narrative form. The formal complexity of the implication of the system for the system - verbal use of complexity and methods. A different kind of challenge with research AND SOME ECONOMICS METHOD.

There is a historic method which is explained in the middle. There are two types - with some grids that have spaces that are vacant which can be transferred to the model behaviour. It works on stimulation as the starting point , computational experience with experiments . Data modelling with decision making in the environment to make the generation of the arbitrary systems. Why is the intervention make things worst, how to develop tools to make it more systematic but it is difficult because of challenge of complexity. We cannot start unless we have a bigger models which can be validated on the real data.
Schelling model behaviour is liberate

 Abstract:
This deliberately polemical title is an attempt to express my concern with the status of the field called “complexity” which, at its extremes, seems to reproduce the traditional perils of extremely simple (but potentially non applicable) formal models and speculative narratives.

The argument is contextualised and developed by focusing on certain aspects of the method (and methodology) of Agent-Based Modelling (though no prior knowledge of ABM will be assumed) to show how complexity is not a distinct field (any more than there needs to be a field of “linearity”) but a pattern of behavior that may or may not be displayed by particular systems.

By reprising the arguments for ABM being an empirical method following a systematic methodology (and the hazards of it not being that) the presentation attempts to set up a less splendid but much more satisfying role for the study of complex phenomena.

Oracle - future of projects - exploring our tomorrow and today- its a fortune for society .
Power BI - desktop update. In matrix road numbers, few hidden layers were used.  Use of filtering and preview options which will used to un- filter the data which could be used and controlled.  Introduced accessibility improvements.
Use of linter which is a program to inspect in the python code and gives a feeback about the worming message, which is an unused glob which is imported from glob. It talks about trailing life space. It is built in program in python. Good read for math graduate on building a data scientist career
9 jan - London project data analytics Meetup

Certainty in uncertain times

Disruption in the post digital age for knowing the impact of the data. Rethink the formats, gaining from the social media, increased investments which enables every one to be live data. Making data available its very useful which provides a live tracking solutions.

The data, collected is for speed and catch the predictor which is hard to work on based on the difference in the different groups. Main lessons learned about the historical data, data from partners, third part data, enriched data, trend of the data and many more. The data collected real time needs to find the failure of the project to check the budget and find the prototype that mitigates the risk. Skills needs to considered and data shall be considered as a prototype.the mythical data scientist needs to be a mathematical genius, need a coder, be a business expert, know your data , compelling presenter and strategic thinker of the data.

Can we predict human free will using data??

Albert Einstein stated - not everything that can be counted and everything gets counted.
It was a fascinating presentation which is really appreciated that is set in project management which has lots of correlation which shows the implication of the projects.

It is an Archilative gift to do and make it happen!!!

Smart Mobility Summit

The Telegraph Smart Mobility Summit on Wednesday - 12th Nov at The Hilton, London

We had two fantastic keynotes in the shape of Florence Eshalomi, deputy chair, London Transport Committee and Alejandro Agag, CEO, Formula E Holdings, opening and closing the day respectively.
The panel discussions provided lively debate, aided with intuitive questions from the audience, whilst the interactive roundtables and presentations supplied some great food for thought.

  • Paul Copping, chief innovation officer, Digital Greenwich
Smart mobility is a very broad area of opportunity for local government services and we are likely to be the market makers for volume deployments. We can take an integrated approach to low carbon autonomy, inclusivity, energy management, space utilisation and emissions. In this way local government can take an active integration role in delivery and strongly influence the overall citizen experience of future technologies. Generally, we love disruptive technology, which can bring dividends in terms of cost reduction and more effective delivery. So there is no threat to local government in my view, but those most at risk are suppliers who fail to innovate.
  • Matthew Avery, director of research, Thatcham Research Centre,
Insurers have a pivotal role to play. As having insurance for your vehicle is a legal requirement there will be a need to move to a more strict liability-type system, where insurance risk focuses on the car and less the driver. Also, under the terms of the Automated and Electric Vehicle Bill, insurers will be obliged to cover automated vehicles, even though a driver may not be in control. Therefore, the provision of insurance needs to change, and the industry is working very closely with the Government around this. However, if insurers are taking on the potential risk of an automated vehicle, they need to be convinced and ensure firstly that they are safe, and secondly that data is openly accessible to identify who was driving at the time of the collision.
  • Frantz Saintellemy, president and chief operating officer, LeddarTech,
Autonomous vehicles are no longer the stuff of sci-fi novels and movies, and are fast becoming a reality. Google’s self-driving cars, now called Waymo, were first trialled on US roads in 2015 and Ford, Jaguar Land Rover and Tata Motors recently collaborated on similar trials using the latest technology on public roads in Coventry.

Key to the success of autonomous cars is for the vehicle to be able to view its surroundings in 360 degrees, just as a human driver does. For this, LiDAR (light detection and ranging) technology plays a vital role alongside other technologies such as radar, camera and GPS. Simon Ellison, technology capability director, Costain,
  • Kirsty Lloyd-Jukes, chief executive officer, Latent Logic,
Latent Logic is an Oxford start-up that builds realistic AI-based human behaviour models to enable safe testing of autonomous vehicles. Kirsty Lloyd-Jukes, an experienced automotive entrepreneur and chief executive officer of the company, answers questions on government investment and the regulation frameworks that are taking shape.

  • Katy Medlock, head of UK, Drivy,

Spearheading the company's growth in the car hire industry, Katy Medlock is passionate about the environment and reducing the number of vehicles on the UK's congested roads.

Ms Medlock took the time to talk to The Telegraph on how Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) models are shaking up the sector and the role that Drivy is playing in the transport revolution

Centre of Brexit studies, BCU, Visitng professor John Clancy 10th Dec 2018
The voting could be organised again to check with the European union, to get the withdrawal of the unit. The integrity is so important to check and position the European county. Its complication to take out in favour to take out. It is possible to see the legislation in the house of commons to see and uncertainty of the proposal.
There is huge spectrum with regard to the GDP, to see smooth transaction, the final judgement needs to be seen the backstrip and see the charge of the country to potentially on 29th march to get a series of talk to explain the Brexit 4.5 billion in year we pay which is small- Liverpool and new ham in London was developed because of EU economy. The bank of England and others have calculated that its lost about 2% of GDP because of EU impact. Productivity is about same —seeing the forecast of the to stabilise the memorandum. There were about 60 billion of economic seen, worrying about financial stability.

Professor Alex De Ruyter of the Centre of Brexit Studies had explained and provided a argument on the macro and micro of Brexit.
With the just in time and huge logistics, it explains the spectrum of foreign responses to Brexit, the negotiations and further outcomes for the UK and its partners.

Smart Perspective

@ County hall, Riverside Bldg, London

I was actively involved in this Breakout group session discussion along with Steve Welch, Director of Smart specialization Hub and others.

The keynote address was mostly on Innovation, regional of economic growth in UK to provide a detailed productivity problem as stated by Richard Jones, professor of Physics, University of Sheffield.

Furthermore we had a Perspective on Place based strategy and Analysis of data by Howard Partidge, Regional manger of East of England, Innovate UK

Developing Evidence for local Industrial strategies as predicted by Will Lord, Senior Policy Advisory, cities and Local growth unit , Ministry of housing communicates and Local Government of UK and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)

However our main focus was to understand Local contributions to R&D - in the context of the 2.4% national target explained by Paul Darbwell, Deputy director of science, Research and Innovation, BEIS
We were divided in a group of 10 people to share and discuss about the Harnessing Data and evidence to measure and predict local economic performance , well contained and briefly described by Howard Partridge, Smart specialization lead and Regional Manager for the east of England , Innovate UK.

I spoke on the data collection and the noise available in the data when generated during the data pre-processing step in Data scientist method.
There were another group of breakout explaining the ideas and local industrial strategy for the cities and local growth units through out the world.

In the UK, this has masked the fact that it represents a wider trend in a larger number of countries towards place-based innovation strategies.

Smart Specialization: An International Perspective, aims to give an overview of Smart Specialization at an international level, comparison of regional data for selected OECD countries, and more detailed analysis of the situation in Canada and Korea as two benchmark countries outside the EU.

Finally, conclusions are derived regarding the possibility of collaboration between UK and regions in these countries.
